You may need to update your version of Adobe Flash.
GO TO and click on the "Get Adobe Flash Player" button on the right.
You must also be running windows XP or Vista. If you are using anything older you are out of luck.

youtube videos are of .flv extension(flash format).
you have to convert it to a format supported by your dvd player.
To do this download any video converter software like "total video converter" and convert to to a format like Avi, mpegm divx etc. These are supported by all dvd players.

Some Smart TV remotes require you to use the keypad to spell out letters, just like on phones.
