Generally, the recording format is .amr. If you wanna convert it to mp3 you need a converter to do it. There are lots of audio converters on Internet. You can Google it. I'm a mac user, so I'm using iFunia Audio Converter. BTW, one of my colleagues is win 8 user, he likes Aneesoft media converter.

I just found the solution to my question. You need to go into DiskAid Preferences - Advanced and check the box for "Display all Apps even if they don't have their 'File Sharing' enabled." My whole list of apps became visible in DiskAid and I just clicked "Copy to Computer" and they moved over instantly into the folder of my choice. Thanks, marpa02!! I've been trying to do this for over a year!

As far as I know there is no PC version of the software, and there is no way to transfer files recorded with the iPhone software to a computer.

New in Version 1.3.0: Recordings in SpeakEasy can now be easily transferred to any computer on your WiFi network. Use the WiFi button in the upper left corner of any recording list to allow access to the recordings in that list.
Make sure your Zarboo Speakeasy version 1.x must be upgraded to version 1.3 or later.
Then click on Recordings tab (at bottom of screen), and then on WiFi button (at top).
See notes at itunes.apple.com.
