It may be caused by your SIM card or something, or they are getting old, and out of use. Either way you should get an electrician or someone to look at it, and see if it is something to do with the inside works or something else.

Someone with a computer or laptop, that can connect to your electronic can plug it in, and look at the information. You may be able to do this and change the password, but sometimes it doesn't work because of the unable electronic or the laptop/computer. So screw that!

You could also go to the brand shop so they can have an electrician or someone to fix it for you. Although it might take a few days.

Tap on the "Settings" Icon, which should be on the home screen, then scroll down to "apps" in the window that then opens, scroll across to "All Apps", then swipe down the screen until you reach the first app or program that you wish to remove. Tap it's name, and in the new window that opens, tape 'delete', a confirm delete window will open to ask you to confirm that you want to remove it. Tap "Yes" and the app is gone!

NOTE! This WILL NOT work for system apps - they cannot be deleted without other expert changes being first made to the system. Only apps and programs you have installed can be easily removed

I had the same problem. On a Hisense tablet. My daughter fixed it she didn't give up her secret but she downloaded an android firmware app. I believe that may have solved my problem. Believe me I tried everything before she took it home

This may be a firmware problem. I had this problem. Download a android firmware app. Actually it's called android firmware and updates app and it's free. I don't think these cheaper tablets update as they should, that causes them to not connect to the internet. Why? I don't know. It drove me crazy. I tried everything. My daughter figured it out after messing with the tablet for months.
