how can i unlock the screen. i charged the Bat for six hours and held down the power button but the screen shows locked

When you turn it on, what should appear is a little lock that you slide down to unlock the screen. If you are getting a blank screen there is probably something technical wrong with your zeepad. I would contact the company,particularly if you are still under warranty. I have had mine almost a year and have had no problems with it. When not in use, I keep it plugged in to keep it charged up. Have you charged it the full 8 hours before using?: Other than that, I am at a loss as to your problem. Wish I could be more help.

1. Enter wrong pattern 5 times and wait for 30 seconds.
2. Select "Forgot pattern" and enter your email account username and password.
3. Make sure you use the same account that was used to activate the device and double check the password by logging in to that email account in a browser.
4. If you don't have access to the original email account, you will need to do a hard reset and loose your settings and apps on the devcice. The data on the memory card will not be wiped though.
Note: if you can't remember your email password, you will have to visit the email service support page to get it reset.

this will clear all data but it will unlock it.
Make sure the tablet is OFF.
Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time.
When the Android starts to flash, release the buttons,

Hi!

To change the language back to English on your Zeepad tablet, try the following:

1) Tap the Settings icon (in some versions, it is a square icon with blue lines, in others, it looks like a small gear).

2) Scroll up and tap the "Language & input" icon (a square icon with the A letter).

3) Now, tap the "Language" selection (the topmost one)

4) Tap on "English (your country)" and then tap the arrow to go back.

Sorry to say, Zeepad's website (zeepad.net) has had it's contact us and about us links deliberately removed. Also it looks like the domain is for sale (http://whois.domaintools.com/zeepad.net) I am also pretty sure that the site is hosted in China a so good luck contacting them.
