There's either a big loss of coolant from somewhere such as a hose or cylinder head.

It could also be a faulty cylinder head gasket/cylinder head.

Does the car overheat? Overheating is a symptom of head problems as is loss of power.

Check the coolant level - has it dropped?
Start the engine and see if any air bubbles appear in the coolant. If so, it probably is caused by exhaust gas leaking through the head/head gasket into the cooling system.

Check your engine oil dipstick. If the oil is a greyish/creamy colour that indicates coolant has found its way into the oil system. Cylinder head problem ..

Get somebody to check your car for you. Don't drive it if there's suspected head problems - you'll cause more damage

No do not use any sealant.
The best assurance of no leaks is clean surfaces and the correct even torque on the cover bolts. If the surfaces aren't clean, you will be chasing leaks in the future. Make sure you check the torque setting and use a torque wrench. Uneven or excessive torque may distort the cover and result in leaks.
If you need something to keep the gasket in place while you are fitting then use a thin smear of grease on the metal surface under the gasket.

There should be long guide clip retainers that hold the headlight in to the header panel pull up and out on each one to remove the assembly then twist the headlight plug counterclockwise to remove the bulb installation is the reverse of removal make sure you do not touch the glass on the bulb if you do you must clean it off with alcohol or window cleaner the oil from your skin will fry on the glass causing it to break and the new bulb will be ruined

This is probably a 'sub' code. These codes are set so they can only be read by a diagnostic system from the car maker, in this case Ford. You might have to pay a dealership to scan your car.
