I have a 91 Caprice with the same problem. I live in Atlanta, GA. and I could not find any autoparts store selling these pieces. I eventually found them at www.clipsandfasteners.com
The part number is : A20424 GM Front Window Guides 1 13/16 total length. They come in a box of 5 pieces. Cost $4.92 for 5 pieces. I had to replace one on all of my windows. The piece is the same piece used on the back windows too. They are a trick to get in. You have do a little bending of the aluminum thing they slide into. In the end a big C-clamp works slick to get the regulator arm piece to pop into the nylon piece. Patience is needed.

The locking clip is just behind the handle on the back side of it. Push the door panel back to expose it. There is a tool to push it out but u can get it out with a small screwdriver

There is not a MAF sensor. There is a MAP sensor. It is located on the drivers side of the intake. It will be a black rectangular box with a green connector. The connector will have three wires.

You need a special programmable key. Perhaps you can found on ebay. The connector is in the trunk, left side middle way between the stop lights and the trunk cover, look for a connector unplugged in the cable harness

It is located under dash. Look the brake pedal and now look to the left and a little up. You will see an orange rectangular block like a cigarette box. the flashers are above it and look like little silver cilinders

You need to test the fuse #11 and make sure is not blown with a tester. also need to test the fuse holder is clean. You can "twist" a few the fuse feet to assure contact and test again

Be carefully t driver. Must probably your back lights are not working, just the stop lights must work
