If the engine starts and runs, how can it be the fuel filter?!

The problem lies with the transmission linkage or the tranny itself.

Tachometer stepper motor on the back of the cluster probably needs to be replaced.
Rough Idle can be caused by many thing, but the #1 thing that causes that is a dirty throttle body. Needs to be cleaned with the battery disconnected.

It's highly unlikely that the head light washers are your draw. You will always get the spark when disconnecting and reconnecting the battery cable because you have modules still communicating. You can't do an actual draw test till the vehicle goes into sleep mode. You need to disconnect the negative battery cable and install an amp meter between the cable and the battery post and wait. Should be around 1 amp draw at first with everything off then you can watch as the modules got to sleep one by one the amperage will drop until it gets down to 20-50 milliamps. It may take up to 10 minutes for all modules to go to sleep.

How low is low? Low compression is really vague as a diagnostic method. The issue could be leaking valves, head gasket, or rings. Yes if it is losing a lot of compression then there is no fuel to ignite and it would be a misfire.

Go out to your car, write down the VIN from the tab visible in the windshield, or from your registration (or from the engine), and then visit this site:

https://vinrcl.safercar.gov/vin

Type in your vin, and you will get any and all recall information that there is for your exact vehicle.

Battery light is for the alternator. Not the battery. You can have it checked at a parts store. On the vehicle. The 300 code is for random misfires, all cylinders. This could be from a bad alternator. If the alternator is not putting out enough volts, it will draw down the battery. When the voltages gets to low, misfires are the first to happen. After that things start shutting down. Eventually the vehicle will just die. The 1000 code is a relearn/drivability code. Don't worry about it.

4 main things to check on your particular vehicle. 1. Check your stabilizer bar bushings, make sure there's no play. 2. Your bottom control arm bracket which hold the non-serviceable bushings is probably the culprit. 3. Upper control arm. 4. Ball joint. Most likely it's your bottom control arm bracket. Spray some silicone on each bushing one at a time to narrow down what it is.

P060e Control Module Throttle Position System Performance. Service manual says to check all voltage and ground inputs to the ECM for an open circuit or high resistance. The computer will clear this code after three consecutive ignition cycles with no failures. Hope this helps out some.

the sensor to replace is the HO2S sensor which is different to an O2 sensor. (has a different function)
code p0300 is random/multiple misfires
as misfires are from the electrical components you did not pay attention to items like low fuel pressure and faulty injectors which also cause random misfires.

check the engine family (4gh6 or what ever) later engines in the same family will fit and will probably have increased power. Problems may arise from the sensor s and the ECM as there may be differences. A good place to check out is google-type in your engine make and size and read wikipedia as they list vehicles with engine families and power ratings.

Rip it out restore the wiring to original and leave well alone these things always give trouble and no end of questions on here ,put car in the garage to keep it warm ,once started drive off straight away ,leaving the engine running to warm the car up will shorten the engine life ,do what the swedes do and fit a small electric heater into the cylinder block ,park car in the garage and dump the junk in their, then fit a block heater and using a timer to turn it on to wamr the engine a hour before you leave for work .
