Not having any more details I would think the most likely fault is a fan belt gone. Otherwise it could be a faulty generator/alternator.

try checking the relay and loose damaged wireing to to lights

Not a big job, but if your not familiar with doing it, look for help.......and make sure you do ONE AT A TIME.......I've seen too many people just tear ALL the wires out at once !!!!
