There are a few things to check pcv valve make sure coolant lines are bled and also the idle air control valve can cause this. Here is a video that is very useful in the matter. Please let me know if there is anything more I can do. Also its called idle surge and is a very common issue. Thanks

You have to examine and compare the two doors. I am just guessing but I would bet that it is the power mirror that your new door is lacking.

Just follow the wiring into each door.

1. Power locks wires should run to a region near the latch mechanism.
2. Power Windows wires should run to somewhere in the middle of the door.
3. Power mirror should run almost straight up towards the mirror assembly.

If it is the power mirror assembly you should be able to transplant your old one provided that it is not damaged.

If it is power windows, adapting power windows will be much harder as the new door may or may not have the provisions for mounting the regulator, etc.

If it is power locks you may need to transplant the latch and actuator assembly along with its wiring.

The tail light has a leak in it someplace. it fill up and then drains, check the gaskets carefully and look to see if any drain holes are plugged

Is it a carburetor or fuel injected model?
Did the slow take off occur before or after you changed the plugs, wires, and timing belt?

If it started after plugs, wires, and timing belt, I tend to believe the timing relationship between the cam and crank has changed (cam and crank are not timed together properly, off by a tooth or two). Unfortunately you will need to partly tear into it again to verify the timing marks used when the timing belt is changed are perfectly aligned.

Oil in the cylinder(s) can foul plugs, resulting in misfiring and thus loss of power. Another possibility is that the oil in the cylinder(s) comes from oil leaking into the cylinders. If these leaks are of sufficient size, they will reduce compression in the cylinder, and thus reduced power upon the cylinder firing.

An engine needs 3 things to run. Spark, fuel and compression. Did you check cam timing?

trans is in sport mode on the shifter there is a button push it and it will go off push it again and it will come on again to inform you its in sport mode

Sounds like a low idle. adjust idle to a higher RPM by tighening the nut and bolt to the throttle body from the gas pedal. It is reccommended that you get it inspected and read the ucu or computer for a code this will tell you the exact problem, but will not tell you to adjust throttle body to up idle.

It isn't the voltage that concernes me rather than the amperage your battery can have a dead cell or melted cell try using a new battery first! then if no start move on to the ecm you can go to a salvage yard and get a used one but then again how long will it last is the question? Also are you tired of walking determines the resolution to your distributor woes! aftermarket ones are not machined exactly to spec as the oem component! You need to be skilled at electrical for this, you have to check for shorts to ground on any wires related to the ecu fuse. And for any shorts into other wires. I suspect there are more melted wires. You could us a Honda factory ETM.(electrical troubleshooting manual). You should be able to find one on EBAY, for a good price.
