Tip & How-To about 2014 Ford Edge
To find your code, if you lost it, is very easy. You will need both keys. First insert one key and turn ignition on for a few seconds and then off. Now insert the second key and turn the ignition on. If you look at the instrument panel you will see your code displayed for a moment. Quickly write it down. Now you can change you code. Keep the factory code in a safe place because you may need it again.
I did my Edge yesterday. At first I was looking at the wrong screen. I was looking at the controls for edge. Climate, music etc. But then I looked at the gas gage and that is were it was displayed. It may come before all warnings or after.
If you don't have both keys, I think you can look in the fuse box and it may be there on a sticker with five digits.
