Open the door pannel check the window regulator by pushing the up and down button. If no noise herd replace the motor but before replacing make sure the window is set in the window track properly

How do you know if it's on track properly. Seems like it's off track.

SOURCE: Power windows do not operate from any passenger location.

If the windows work from drivers switch it will not be a fuse problem. It will be the lock out switch is bad. If my memory serves me correctly on this vehicle it is actually part of the master switch and you cannot get it separately.

Check the fuse panel first, after that check your fuse relays under the hood, if not then it might be a wiring problem.

SOURCE: Driver side window on 2004 mustang stopped working

the window switches in the door can offten go bad just from sticky fingers. some times the are known to just stop working all of a sudden. it is also posible that the motor has gone bad, or more likely a bad conection at the motor or switch. the door switches on the mustangs are not the most sturdy switches. the tend to break loose and move around. u can test the motor by simply runing 12volts the the terminals on it. depending on witch terminal has power and witch has ground determins if the windo goes up or down. also check with volt meter or test light that there is power to the switch, just turn the key on and ground the test light and plug in the terminal that goes to that switch.

2002 thunderbird window won't go up or down replace swith still wont work fuse are ok does the switch get power

The master switch connector does have circuits that have power on them. The Master switch is not directly connected to the window motors. The switch sends a signal to the Front Electronic Module and the module controls operation of the motor on the driver side. The passenger door window motor is controlled by a different module

Dirver side power seat not working?

I've got a 2005 Passat GLX (bought it new); took it in for an oil change, and the mechanic also cleaned my cabin filter. I leave his shop and I realize I don't have power seats no more on the driver's side (passenger side fine)....neither backward/forward or up and down, (separate motors, I believe)....Coincidence????? I don't know-never had any problems before. The car has 65,000 original miles.

The guy checked the fuses on the dashboard driver side, near door....seemed alright. They were closing so he told me to come back Monday....I'm thinking of taking it back to dealer (I lost trust in this guy).

Any thoughts on what could have gone wrong???

Passenger side window wont go up? Was working perfect until last nite just quit. all other windows work.

If both window switches on the driver's side and passengers side do not work most likely it is the Power Window Regulator. You will need to remove the passengers door panel and remove the plastic water shield and check the voltage at the regulator connection. If it has a voltage when the window switch is pressed then you can order the regulator at the below link, or if you can find it cheaper or locally you can purchase it from them.

Passengerside window isn't getting power

We have the same exact problem! we just jiggle the driver's side switch for the passenger window until the window finally goes up. Not the best solution, but it does work eventually, and it hasn't taken more than a minute... yet.

Power windows and heater control don't work

Did you check the fuses in the fuse box? In the engine compartment. For windows. Take off the driver/passenger side interior door panel. Turn ignition to the on position, don not start car. Use a volt meter or a electrical probe. Check for current to controls. Then check for current at the connectors. You can do the same for the heater. But first check fuses. Also check if there are any inline fuseable links burnt out to the units.
