Flushing power steering fluid
14 The reservoir for the Electrically Powered Hydraulic Steering (EPHS) is located on the front left-hand corner of the engine compartment. Note: On some models with a high capacity battery, the battery and tray must be removed in order to access the reservoir filler cap. The fluid level is checked with the dipstick attached to the reservoir filler cap. Unscrew the cap from the hydraulic fluid reservoir, and wipe clean the integral dipstick with a clean cloth (see illustration) .

Where is the filler cap located in my bmw 325i 2002 model

Your question did not specify what "filler cap".
The above response from FTjoe is for the power steering filler cap.

The following RealOEM link is for the engine oil filler cap (Item 4) which is square and black and is on top of the engine. It goes through the plastic cover into the cylinder cover

The engine oil filter housing cap (Item 3) is shown below:

I have a 2001 Buick Regal an i need power sterring fluid an i can't find where to put it in at..Please help...

The power sterring fluid goes directly into the top of the pump located on the pully side of the engine. Once you've located the power steering filler cap - which is on the passenger side just behind and under the alternator (I had to use a flashlight to find mine but it's visible if you lean over the front fender - passenger side) - the rest was easy. There is a cross brace by the firewall that I had to remove so I could get to the filler cap. The cross brace is held on by 4 nuts - 1/2" or 13mm - and removing them and the brace allows fairly easy access to the filler cap. Remove the cap and fill. I'd recommend using a small funnel since it's virtually impossible to get the power steering fluid bottle behind the alternator and around several hoses. A funnel made it a cinch. Check to be sure you don't over fill, replace the cross brace and you're finished.
If you find this helpful a vote with the thumbs up would be greatly appreciated for the free advice

I cannot find the steering pump and wanted to know if it even has power steering, I have been told it should but no one can find it, help me PLEASE.......

Of couse I don't know what year, or model.. but almost all vehicles have power steering. If you have an SC or SL, (around mid 90's to early 2000ish..) it will be under the filler cap for power steering, facing the front end to the rear left of the engine, and has a belt that drives it.

How and where do I add power steering fuild to a 1989 Brougham? Can't find the dip stick for the steering fuild and don;t kn ow when I should add the fuild. Can you help?

You add fluid at the P/S reservoir which is belt driven. There is a large cap on top. Remove the cap and there is a built in dip stick. Unless you have a leak you will never have to add fluid.
