95 sl500 check engine light reset and comes back on after it sits over night. any idea?

What code is it throwing ? Some codes are what are called two trip codes ! You clear the codes an start an drive the vehicle ,no check engine light . Park the vehicle over night an bam next time you start an drive the vehicle the check engine light comes back on .

??There are two types of DTC's, 1 trip DTC's and 2

trip DTC's

??A 1 trip DTC is for a condition that requires

immediate attention such as a catalyst damaging

??A 2 Trip DTC is one that a condition must be found

during 2 consecutive trips such as an EGR fault.

??Most Monitors do not set a DTC and light the MIL

when a vehicle fails a test for the first time during a

DRIVE CYCLE. If a test is failed on a second

consecutive DRIVE CYCLE the MIL will light and a

DTC is stored in the vehicles powertrain control
module (PCM).

The engine in my 1997 Olds LSS dies intermittently while driving. Sometime it will restart and the vehicle will surge. Usually I have to put it in Neutral and restart. Any idea what the problem is?

Yes, next time this happens, check to see if a light pops up on the dash that says security. If so, check out this link.

Engine warning light up after starting the engine. Mileage is around 72,+++ km. is this common problem for suzuki swift model 2006?

This is a problem with one of the sensors. You can take the vehicle to Autozone and they will put it on their diagnostic computer for free. Then they will give you a code of what sensor is bad. It is probably going to be and Oxygen sensor or O2 sensor.

Disconnected battery from car and then reconnected now no power goes from the battery to enable the car to start battery has been tested and has 100% power instrument panel does not light up

I would check that the mani fuse (120A) has not will find this in the engine bay if the negative was NOT taken off first and PUT on last, then this surge might cause this...........

Speedometer doesn't work on dodge ram 1500, reading codes 950 and 999

First off you need to determine if it's the speedometer head or the (vss) vehicle speed sensor,
First check the speedometer by holding in the trip reset button and turn the ignition switch to run, continue to hold the trip button for 10 seconds, and the release, this will run a diagnostic on all the dash lights and gauges,The speedometer will jump up a 1/4 of the way then half,3/4 and then 100% of the needle movement,If all is good there then check the vehicle speed sensor which is located in the top of the axle housing,if you have a scan tool that displays engine data it will show vehicle speed,if you get 0 for speed while driving then replace the (vss) sensor by unplugging the wire harness, remove the 10mm nut in the metal cover and pull the sensor straight up and out, install in reverse order,I would apply a small amount of silicon around the sensor before install to insure there will be no leaks.
After1998 all dodge rams vss are in the rear axle housing.
