Question about 2005 Chevrolet Uplander
Where is it located
The sensor is part of the throttle body and not replaceable here is the throttle body replacement instructions as you will have to replace the entire throttle body it is a very common issue with these
THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT
Use care in cleaning the gasket surfaces on the intake manifold and the throttle body assembly, as sthrottle body sensor location 2005 uplander - 113356646s may damage the gasket surfaces.
Tighten the nuts and the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in) .

Try this..At the driver's seat open your car door all the way then look at the dashboard end. Pry off the plastic cover...the diagram should also be at the back of the cover.

the crankshaft postion sensor is always located either under the harmonic balancer pully aka crankshaft pully or mounted right outside the pully if yoiu need to change it keep in mind that you will need to to own or rent a harmonic balancer pully puller and a harmonic balancer pully installer kit both you can rent both at autozone fairly cheap and get all your money back when your done
