I lost the wire coils position in each spark plugs

does it have a coil pack on it? if it does the fireing order is 123456 in order for each cylinder

I lost the wire order and with position needs to go in each spark plugs. my car is a toyota sienna 1998 3.0

2001 Sienna cylinders 1,3&5 misfiring Spark plugs have been changed

Your plugwire cabling is too 'NEAT'
Make SURE that cables don't run parallel and DO cross over one another as running parallel induces HV pulses in the adjacent cable resulting in misfire.

Get under the hood and mess them up a bit ;-)
JUST the NEAT wiring, not the firing order!
