P1135 Air-Fuel Sensor Heater Circuit Response.
the air fuel sensor malfunction is the main problem and thats causing the code p0171.
Hard to start o long cranking time to starter is gona be the first symtoms.
replace upstream. (the air fuel Sensor and the oxygen sensor is the same)

Sounds like there is an issue with the heater on the bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor.
Bank one is the same side of the engine as the number one cylinder and sensor one is always before the catalytic converter.
Check for battery voltage on the black with yellow wire with the key on. There should be twelve volts.
Check the heater circuit of the O2 sensor with an ohm meter. Unplug the O2 sensor connector and measure resistance on the sensor side of the connector that the blue with black and black with yellow wire go to. Off the top of my head it should be around 14 ohms. You can confirm this by checking the heater circuit on the bank 2 O2 sensor.
If there is voltage and the heater circuit doesn't ohm out than replace the O2 sensor.
