Get a code scanner and check for the error codes (DTCs) - they will show you what's wrong.

SOURCE: abs light/traction control light

You can check out what the trouble code is by pushing and holding the information button and the up arrow (right side of instrument cluster above the radio) until all the instrument clusters light. Press the information button (last) to enter test mode. I've had an error C1234, meaning Left rear wheel sensor fault. I found the problem to be a corroded connector under the chasis just under the rear left door about 2 feet in. I had to by-pass (replace 1 wire due to corrosion at the connector.

Does it have a ignition relay switch?

Nicole, I google it and the 06 Cadillac STS does appear to have a ignition relay. It will most likely be found in the engine compartment fuse/relay box. Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

I have a 96 Cadillac Seville STS the engine is strong with low miles. The ignition was replaced about 6 months ago at the dealer because the car power would not go on. Well, same problem. I will be...

Nothing is more frustrating then an intermittent problem (to both the mechanic and the car owner) Your description leads me to think that there is wiring that is overheating and is causing an ignition breaker to trip. Or maybe there is a related ignition wire that is loose, corroded, or broken. Good luck but let me tell you that you may not find the answer until the problem becomes constant.

Service stablization system

this is a warning that there is a problem with the electronic traction control system, a part or circuit has failed, u will need to have the dealer test the system for a trouble code that will be stored in the control modules memory that will indicate were to look for the defective part, it will most likely be a wheel speed sensor, until the system light is out it is disabled.
