Sounds like tranmission may be causing a stall, better get it checked by automatic transmission specialist

If its not the brakes then it could be a wheel bearing. Jack it up and spin the wheel. Listen for noise. If it has lots of miles or possibly been driven in high water at some point the bearing could need to be replaced. You should get it fixed and don't wait too long.

SOURCE: 2003 GMC Yukon - fuel pump
Check your ECM fuse. There should be 2 fuses for your ECM. It's the ECM that controls the function of the fuel pump. Good luck friend and it's also common for the wire harness from the frame to the fuel pump to go bad due to corrosion from the bad weather we get in the winter and rainy spring and fall.

try to pull up on your parking brake pedal with your hand when light comes on. if this makes it go out u will need to adjust the parking brake switch under the pedal. or replace pedal spring that holds it up.

I dont know why, but one time my truck was low on trans fluid and after I topped it off, it didnt stall anymore when put into gear. as fro the odometer i dont know, it may have to go out completely before any diagnosis can be done.

Testimonial: "I will do that, but the other day we realized it only does it when one of us changes the steering wheel position...somehow the wires may be pinching?"
you have to fix the problem with ur brakes- first check the wiring ,connectors and connection clips to the abs sensors and modulator if looks ok than have truck scanned some auto stores such as auto zone / advanced auto do it for free the code will give u a start point towards fixing ur problem--visual inspection of brakes doesnt always show problem
