Obviously the best way would be to replace the fuse box!
But reconnecting with an inline fuse would be the way to go!

Testimonial: "2 mechanics have told me that the entire fuse box is computerized, and that is impossible to just repair one fuse slot. I still don't understand why, and hate to spend 600 for new fuse box because of bad slot."

Not true! A fuse box is a number of connections linked with a fuse, all you will be doing is linking the two sides with an inline fuse! Not the proper way for a garage to do it but as a DIY option it is!

Just make sure you use the same rated fuse!

I have an 04 dodge ram 2500 series Hemi i have no brake light on truck i checked fuses replaced bulbs and replaced brake switch and still nothing suggestions

Have you checked for 12V at the bulb socket? If its there the problem is with the socket, bad contact, bad ground, or the bulbs are bad, not making proper contact with the holder, etc. If no voltage present, follow the power wire back from there testing at points along its length, when you find 12V the break in the wire will be between the last 2 point you checked.

Left rear turn signal on dodge ram 1500 won't work. bulb replacement didn't help.

Just had a similar question last week, and the solution was a bad socket/bulb holder.
You might try and see if there is current in the brake light wire leading to the bulb holder.
I have used a jumper wire and a safety pin to test the wire behind the socket.
I pierced the plastic insulation of the brake light wire with the point of the safety pin, and either use a tester or even a good working bulb and a good ground wire.
Be blessed.

On my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan the brake lights and back turn signals work fine. I changed the bulbs no luck. Any ideas

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome. Try checking your signal fuse and tail lamp fuse for the brake lights. They may have blown. If they are good, for the brake lights, you could have a bad brake switch, which is located right above your brake pedal. As for the turn signals, you could have a bad wire somewhere in the harness. Check closely at the bulb sockets. It is possible that you could have a loose wire at the signal switch or a bad wire.

No current to turn signal socket even after replacing flasher and fuse also new bulb and checked bulb socket for continuity. all good .no current on white and green wire coming from fuse box where flasher...

If you have the tow package wiring in the truck, check the wires around or behind the battery. The tow package harness is feed thru here and each wire has a fuable link that can go bad. Check for power on either side of the bulge in thw wire (this is the fuable link). If you find that this is the problem, you can cut out the fusable link and splice in an aftermarket in line fuse holder to maintain protection against shorts.

A/c quit coming on

Check the a/c clutch with the engine running and the airconditioner on first. If not then check the fuse/relay panel for a blown fuse or bad relay. If all of that is good then check the low pressure switch on passanger side of engine on top of the a/c line. Remove the pluf from switch and use a jumper wire to jump across the terminals in the plug. If the a/c clutch starts working then it is telling you the switch is either bad or you are low on freon. Check all connections on a/c system for any freon leaks. If you find any oily spots on the connections or around behind the clutch;you will need to have it repaired and recharged to correct the problem. Hope this will help you.
