Most often caused by a bad fan relay. This is a complicated system. Read the post below and download the GM wiring diagrams. Then check the fuses and relays. All 3 relays must be in perfect working order for the system to work properly.

Cooling fans won't come on 1995 camry

replace the relay fuse then. If the relay is stuck closed its no good if it should be reading temps to open current.

2006 Nissan quest, dies the ac fuse in the engine compartment control or activate the engine cooling fans?

Start diagnosis at engine fan relays, A/C fan relays, any fuses or breakers, in main power supply, and at fuse box or boxes. Some cars have more than one fuse box, Inside and in engine compartment.

My a/c clutch is not engaging and there for the cooling fan is is not working what could be the cause

There are two relevant relays. One is the AC relay, turns the compressor on. The other is the AC fan relay that turns the fan on. Find the AC relay in the underhood fuse/relay block. You could pull it out and with key on, check if one terminal for the relay has power as it should. If it does, swap these two relays, then see if compressor comes on. If it still doesn't work, the dash controls will need diagnosing. There may be a fuse for it, so check for that, a blown fuse.
If it was working and just quit, it is probably a job for a shop.

When i turn on the ac no air blows throw

Go to the fuse block and check 15A fuse D which feeds power to the blower motor. Then check 10A fuse K which feeds power to the blower relay and the fan (blower) speed select relays. If the fuses check OK, the blower relay, the fan switch or the speed control relays may be defective. also, the fan speed resistor may be defective

AC/heating fans don't work

The relay center is under the hood, there should be several with the same #'s switch one that you know is working in place of the fan relay, if fans turn on replace relay. It is faster to turn on ac after switching relays for diagnostics as fan should run as long as ac is on...

When I turn on my a/c the car starts to everheat

When ever the car overheats,it is always the best thing on your car,to check the cooling fans. When the ac is on,look to see if the cooling fans are running, and running fast, and smoothly. In your case,I am going to go out on a limb, and say they are not.First check for blown cooling fan fuse. Then,if the fuses are alright, check the cooling fan relays, most likely more than one.One prong,or spade coming out of the relay,is ground(where it plugs up).To make the relay energize, ground this terminal with a test light .Just like you are using the test light to check for 12 volts. When you touch the ground spade on the relay it will energize the relay to turn the fans on.Just pull the relay out of it`s spot, just enough to touch the spade.Do this with the ac on,and engine running. The clutch relay on most cars will energize the relay, but the ac compressor is working on your car,so it is either the fan relay,or the high side switch on the ac system that is bad.Try and see if the cooling fans, both of them,or one of them, will come on by them selves as the car warms up,with the ac off.The fan or fans should come on,and go off by themselves.Don`t let the engine overheat, keep a good eye out not to let that happen. If the fans never come on,then, the fan,or fans could be bad.You can test them by running wire from battery to the fan,and grounding to frame. Now the fuse,or relay being bad will also cause this.If a fuse is blown, then ,one or more of the fans are bad,and will have to be replaced. The fans cool the radiator for the engine and transmission cooling, and the condenser for the ac system. If the condenser is not cooled down, the ac freon will be to warm to cool the vehicle. If I can help, let me know.>>roniecon@gmail.com

AC blow fan in not working. tried to find fuse no

Try looking under the hood. There should be a power control unit with fuses and relays that control the AC. If you suspect it is a relay take on from another source that isnt detimental to the operation of the engine and swap it over. If your AC starts to work then that is your problem.

Condensor fan motor inop - fuse good but replaced anyway - replaced relay. put 12 volts to motor and it worked. what activates the relay to send power to the motor ????

Either radiator fan switch or AC system fan activate relay. Check fan switch or look for AC fan motor fuse. Wiring diagram would help.
