Self check is that the ABS light must come on and off after the engine is powered. If you find the light to be ON, then it can be related to fault in the system, it can be fault in any of the wheel sensors or the wiring or it can be dirt accumulated.
Might need assistance to get this check systematically solved as it relates to a safety issue.
If there is dirt accumulation on all the wheel hubs you can try with a power water wash.
