Not a mechanic issue. The problem is the flasher relay is constantly active. The reason you don't have the indicator on is the switch isn't turned on.

I have 2003 Grand Am and had trouble with the winshield washers not working. Then a few weeks later there was a clicking noise and my signal lights kept flashing inside the car. Both stopped shortly after....

When the check engine light comes on,The ABS system becomes disabled and so does Trac,You need the check engine light code,As for the windshield washer if the wiper work the pump is non operational,as for the signal light its cheaper to put a signal flasher on if that doesnt correct it you will need a multi switch.Unless you have a lot of money and let someone diagnosis the problem

Turning light signal

Neither if it lights up the fuse and the bulb are good, what is wrong sounds like a relay switch, it should be located under the dash, it is what makes that click click sound inside the car when you flip the switch. It will look like either a black box or a silver circle

Turn signal doesn't work when headlights on

It sound like you have a grounding problem, does the headlight on the left seem dimmer than the right? Check the ground wires and the light sockets for corrosion.

Signal light clicking and won't stop.

Its annoying not dangerous. Make sure a bulb is not out. Then try changing the relay it sounds like it could be bad.

The body control module is the cause of your weird problems. Replace it.
