97 GMC Savana starts then chokes and stalls out.

Have you checked your fuel pressure.Sounds like you might have a weak fuel pump.Your fuel pressure should be 60-66 psi with the key on and engine off. This fuel system needs at least 52 psi to open the popit valve inside the injector to allow fuel thru.

I have a 2005 GMC Envoy Denali XL. just changed the starter, but the truck still gives me problem when starting. Auto Zone did a battery check and checked the following, BATTERY,ALTENATOR, AND STARTER. The...

But it still cranks over at normal speed? If so, you need to begin by checking for gas and spark. Have the fuel pressure checked first, if less than specified, that is your problem. The spec for your GMC should be about 50 psi, maybe even as high as 60psi.

2000 GMC Jimmy, starts up every time, but only runs for 10 seconds then dies. Restarts every time but will not stay running. Replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, CAM position sensor, crank position sensor,...

you say fuel pressure is good, but what is it? what is the fuel pressure when it stalls out? Spec is 60-66 psi and it wont run if its 55 psi. the fuel pump relay should be good if the pump runs. Make sure the ground for the pump is good , G402 should be on left frame rail. you may have had it off to replace the pump? maybe? it may be time to stop guessing and have a repair shop diagnose it for you. You sure have replaced a lot of good parts.

Oil pressure falls and vehicle stalls(oil pressure is good 45 psi)

Hello
The most commopn cause of this is that the oil pressure sending unit on the engine is defective, if the pressure drops to far the fuel pump is shut off.

What is the fuel pressure for a 1998 GMC Jimmy

Hi!!

The fuel system pressure for your Jimmy is 55-61 PSI (Pounds per Square Inch)

Vent the fuel tank vapors by loosening the fuel cap. Position the ignition switch and the A/C system in theoff position. Install a fuel pressure gauge to the vehicles fuel pressure valve. Confirm that no leaks are present, and with the key ON, engine OFF verify the PSI reading on the gauge.

I have a 2005 GMC Sierra that stalls and stutters

You should be able to buy one for around $60 at a auto parts store and recommend using one. However he next time the truck wont start, turn the switch to the on position and listen for the humm of the pump energizing. If you hear nothing, check the pump relay by swapping it with another. Often times the relay next to it will be the same type. If the relay is good, the pump will most likely need to be replaced. If you hear the pump energize but it still wont start, put on a pair of safety glasses and go to the schrader valve on the fuel rail. Depress it to see if fuel will squirt out of it with pressure behind it. If comes out with very little pressure the pump or fuel pressure regulator could be bad. If it comes out with higher pressure it still doesn't rule out the pump because some vehicles required a exact amount of pressure to start. For instance, if your vehicle calls for 35 psi and your pumps output is 29 psi it may not start. If after trying everything I said and it still doesnt start, you may want to get the fuel gauge to eleminate this possibility or have your ignition coil tested.
