SOURCE: need to find the location on 1998 town and country

The main relay is located on the frame rail on the front drivers side. You must lift the car up make sure you use jack stands for safety.Look under the car by the corner of the radiator on the frame rail you will see it must remove the two bolts wich are a little tricky to get too and the plug.[GOOD LUCK]

SOURCE: where is the fuse box located on a 2001 chrysler

Wen you open the driver's door, look at the jamb (up by the door hinges) - there should be a cover to pull. If not there, check under the dash at the driver's side - or even passenger's side.

Blinkers don't work at all. Where can I find the fuse or relay? I'm very frustrated. I need help.

Chris, fuse could be down under the dash to the left kind of near where your left knee would be when you are driving or under hood (engine compartment) in the fuse/relay center.
It could also be faulty flasher, wiring, etc
I will post some trouble shooting links for you.

Van turned off while driving without warning

There is a dead short somewhere linked to that fuse, problem won't be solved until you find what is shorting out that fuse. Atleast that is the first thing to figure out.

I did some digging around if you do a google search on the problem, with the van model year and 20 amp engine fuse you will find all kinds of articles.

Biggest issue I seen pop up was the wire to o2 sensor, shorting out, also that fuse may also connect to the fuel pump and and related circuit. Hopefully that helps point you in the right direction

2000 Town and Country. Blower motor, turn signals and power seats quit. all at once. cant figure out where to check.

the culprit is fuse f12 -a 10 amp fuse on the right end of the small fuse panel by below the hood release under the dash. I had same problem - something is blowing the fuse; in my case it was something in the backup light circuit. This fuse is the power source for the relay coils that power all the other circuits that stopped working.
