The Tiburon's Body Control Module (BCM) is notorious for causing a variety of electrical problems when it fails, including the dreaded 'turn signal stays on even when the ignition key is off' problem.

The BCM is a dealer-only part.

If the light stays lit continuously...bad bulb or Flasher unit.
If you mean it won't shut of then the turn signal return plate is broken.

The new marker turn signal lights came with 1 element bulbs and the tiburon takes dual element bulbs . Problem fixed.Cant believe they came that way from the dealer.

Not the flasher. It's the turn signal switch that has shorted.

The flasher unit (turn signal and hazard) starts the clicking sound as soon as the ignition key is turned on.
sounds to me the switch is bad, as if its stuck in the turn signal position, could be the relay or blinker faulty. Replace the blinker/relay and if thats all good, its your turn signal switch.

Turn signal
Find your fuse panel. There should be 2 round metal ones that look different from the regular fuses. These are your flashers. Most have 2. One is for your turning signals, the other is for your emergency flashers. If your turning signals are not working, then simply switch them. Now your signals should work fine. Then go to the store at your convenience to pick up a new one to replace the emergency flasher.

My signal lights just went on my ford f150 truck both the one time,what might be my problem?
replace the blinker can?barrel
there are 2 of thses ,one is for 4 way flashers and one is for turn signals
replace the turn signal one,usually found right there in fuse box

Right side flasher bulbs stay lit after key is removed
the flasher is in your fuise box it is round with 2 prongs purchase a new one and replace good luck cj

Look closely at bulbs and GROUNDS. Sounds like a running light current is crossing to the T/S circuit.

The tiburon turn signals are controlled by a bcm (body control module) The bcm controls the ground to the signals. These always go bad and cause the signal to stick on or just not work. hope i was a help.

HOW DO I REPLACE MY TURN SIGNAL LIGHTS ON 2003 HYUNDAI TIBURON
I just found out today that it is a problem for alot of 2003 tiburons that the flasher relay for the turn signals will go out causing the turn signal lights to stay on even with the car off. The relays are internal and located on the circuit board of the BCM. In order to fix you will have to remove and disassemble the bcm circuit board from it's housing and resolder a new flasher relay. Haven't figured out where to get that flasher relay though.
