Hte blower resistor is shot, near the blower motor, have the blower motor checked my guess is that it requiring too much power to run, hence the blown fuse

Sentra AC

There's a 10amp fuse that powers the ac clutch relay and compressor. There are 15amp fuses that power the blower motor and the ac control switch. All of those fuses get power from the key switch. The resistor and fan switch provide the ground circuit for the blower motor.
I would want to know if those fuses are getting power, and if the control panel is working. You should be able to ground the blower motor and make it run on high, and that should not have any effect on if the ac compressor is running or not.
It could be a key switch problem in that the circuit is not strong enough to handle the load from the blower and the compressor at the same time.

Air does not blow

The car normally blows air through the blower however the controls and settings of the speed of the blower are controlled by the blower motor resistor. The resistor controls the speed of the blower fan. If your blower still works on the highest setting then the blower itself is still in working order. If you are not getting any air at all, even on the highest setting, then chances are the blower has gone bad, blown fuse or open wire. If this does not help please give us more information to work with.

My blower only works 1 through 4 and will not work on the highest position number 5

{: ) Check out the J-case fuse (square) labeled BLWR 40amps at the underhood fuseblock. This fuse is the source of power to the blower motor when position 5(max speed) is selected. If this fuse is tested to be okay, you need to access for the blower resistor connectors. Turn ignition on, and set blower to max speed (#5). Probe on the blower resistor terminal (orange wire) and you should get 12volts, also probe the terminal (red wire) which came from the 40amp fuse. 12v should be present on these two terminals at the blower resistor when at max blower speed. Particularly on the orange wire, if you don't get 12volts when at #5 position, it 's probable that the blower speed control switch is faulty. But if you did got 12volts during the procedure, then you should replace the blower motor resistor. Goodluck.

Fan motor will only work when the switch is in the highest speed position

Having the year, make, model, and engine size would help.

But generally when this occurs it is a bad motor resistor. The resistor uses a set of resistors in series to drop voltage to control blower speed. The lowest setting uses all the resistors and the setting below high speed uses on resistor. Since none of the lower speeds work either the resistor for the setting just below high is burned out or the internal fuse has blown. Replacing the blower motor resistor should take care of the problem.

I have two first my four speed fan only runs on speed 4 FAST and the second is my front washer does not work

If your blower motor will only run on the highest speed the blower motor resistor pack is defective and needs replacing. If the windshield washer does not work then the fuse is blown or the motor is defective. If the motor is running but no spray is coming from the nozzles then the nozzles are clogged with wax. Use a needle to unclog them.

Blower motor does not work

Check for a blown fuse, or a faulty blower motor control relay.

2006 ford fusion i cant find the cig lighter fuse

The fuse for the cigarette light is fuse number 15 in the fuse box inside the vehicle. The fuse will be a 20 amp fuse. The fuse panel will be under the dash on the driver side. This will have a cover over it and may take a flashlight to find. Replace the fuse and test to see if its working. If its not check the fuse again. If you find it blown again look for loose change or some conductor stuck in the cigarette lighter. good luck
