Question about 1997 Saab 900
Okay I have a 1997 SAAB 900 SE 2.0 Turbo Talladega Edition and I recentely returned to Maine from Maryland. But before I left Maryland my check engine light came on. I looked at the temp on the temp gauge but it was right in the middle(not too hot or too cold) And nothing seemed to smell weird or act weird. So taking a big risk, I drove my car the 500+ miles to get from Maryland to Maine and the car did not do anything weird the whole time I drove. I have been home for a week now and the light is still but nothing is running weird still. So I was wondering if anyone had an idea of why my car is reading that something is wrong when nothing appears to be wrong????
Sounds like you will need to have the codes read at SAAB dealer to confirm no fautly sensors have caused this to happen.
There may still be a bad component that is triggering lamp.
