If you had white smoke then you have a blown head gasket. Even though it hasnt yet mixed with the oil you are still having the white smoke. Is there any water left in the radiator or reservoir?

2007 Kia Sorrento rocks left to right on highway, 60-75mph?

Hi Bryan:
Had similar issues with a dodge pickup. Drove me crazy. Had alignment done twice. Eventually put on new front tires and problem went away. Completely.
My advice?????
- Check tire pressures.
- Jack vehicle up and put on jack stands. Inspect all suspension components for loose or worn bushings, ball joints, linkages.
- Exchange tires from rear to front and front to rear.
- Test drive.
- If problem is still there, have alignment checked.
Hope this helps.

I had a constant grinding coming from front passenger tire. Replaced Caliper and put the worn pads back on for a day, the constant grinding went away. It would still grind while braking, hitting a bump

It sounds like the brake pads are metal to metal, when you turn the flexing of the wheel makes them touch the rotor and grind. This can rarely be caused by a badly worn wheel bearing as well, have both brakes and wheel bearing inspected.

Hi there i have an interesting problem, ive just driven back from france, on the way there the van drove fault less very smooth indeed as the french roads are so much better than ours however on the way...

Motor homes are hard to figure on vibrations, so you have to pay close attention to how you are loaded when the vibration occur. If this was a car or van, I would say look at your wheel balance, which could be the case, or rotate your tires if you have duals.

But things like weight distribution can also cause a vibration. Where was everyone sitting when the vibration occured, where they mostly on one side of the motor home? Did you have anything packed on the roof of the motor home? How were your canned goods stored?

Vibration are funny things, sometimes they can signal impending doom, and other times they tell you that you need to learn to pack better. Loading everything in one corner of the roof might be easier to get to but will also through off you aerodynamics, less gas mileage and even weird vibrations.

Why won't my 1992 Ford Econoline van start

I suspect the fuel pump has stopped working, check the fuel pressure or listen to the noise it makes by taking off the gas cap and listening for a humming noise when the key is turned on, this will stop after a few seconds.

Steering wheel vibrates badly at certain speeds on highway.

I would put money on it that you have a bad belt in a tire...
