Freezer door does not seal shut. Is it a seal or a door adjustment? could be a combination of both, clean the seal with a damp rag and all of the contact surfaces first.

use a clorine bleach to flush out drains(pref high pressure)then wipe out interior with bicarb,then damp cloth to wipe off excess.(clorine will dissipate as gas if door left open for 1/2hour.
