would be to get a SPARE PHONE from eBay Brand New Kyocera Hydro waterproof design4GB Black Boost Mobile Smartphone...

Fix DATA (or sim card) then... at your leisure... CONTACT
Boost Mobile Kyocera Hydro... for repair & return.

Kyocera hydro can receive calls but will not call out

its not your phone kyocera system is having issues and they are trying to solve the problem. for now the only thing to try is master reset. make sure everything is saved to your sd card first because master rest will DELETE EVERYTHING. pictures automatically save to sd card

save contact to sd card: go to contacts hit options and export.. after master reset you will have to go back and option import.. you do not have to remove card before reset because there is an option for that

master rest: settings, devise resest, reset, make sure you scroll down and the sd card option is not checked off, then "erase everything"

this is as far as i have gotten i dont know what kyocera does if the problem continues

You can find in settings Factory Reset/Backup.

Turn device off. Hold at same time power + volume button up. When screen boots up release power button but continue to hold down volume up.
