Take a flash light and check inside to drum. Turn by hand and listen and watch for a coin or something in there as you turn . It may do no harm .

1. go out to your fuse box and turn off then on the two breakers for the dryer that are barred together. Your only getting 110 volts not the full 220 volts.
2. check wall plug unplug and plug back in
3. mSpin the timer around back to start point.

The lint filter is blocked or the air outlet is blocked.

The heating element is shorted to ground. You will need to replace the heating element and the thermal fuse, both available at the link below.

I think its called a thermocoupler It is likely burnt out and needs replacing. Not sure but i think that's what its called.
