Dear
The quality of printing mostly depends up on the consumable (toner art.). The toner cart. may have life end. may tested with new toner cart.
If it was refilled or compatible, try to use genuine cart.

Thanks.

Dear
The code due to, ITB/TOP sensor defect, DC controller PCB defect.
Do the procedure to check yourself.
1. Turn off the printer.
2. Hold down the Resume / Cancel Press the POWER - indicator turns green.
3. Release the Resume / Cancel, still holding the POWER.
4. Press the Resume / Cancel 2 times while holding POWER, then release all buttons.
5. When the indicator light remains green - press the Resume / Cancel 4 times.
6. Turn off the printer button POWER. Then turn, this should solve the problem.

If the problem not clear, take the help of trained service engineer to check the connector of the ITB unit, DC controller PCB. • Replace ITB unit • Replace DC controller PCB.
Thanks.

That depends on which iMac you have.
Its fairly easy to install ram into a new iMac, but not so easy on the older ones..
How to install extra RAM memory in the new iMac

Faulty CIS (contact image sensor) or the flat cable connecting the CIS to the PCB. Error only appears when you scan/copy/fax. But printing function I guess is normal.

Try turning the printer completely off and then it back on after a few moments. Typically the start up cycle will loosen the paper. If this doesn't work, try also taking out your printer cartridge and pulling the paper slightly, if it's still stuck it won't give however sometimes it will let you pull it slowly from the gears. On this model I would remove all the paper trays and if there is a section on the back remove that as well. Try and find the spot that lets the paper give.

Worse case take it to where you bought it, the technicians there may have see the same thing happen and may know where to remove it. I would suggest a store that offers technical service like best buy or staples, etc.

Is the handwriting black ink? Colours come out poorly on most scanners.
You need to increase the contrast when scanning handwriting.
