I would recommend a 'vaccum seal' bag. You don't want any air with the cheese to cause freezer burn.

Dill Pickled Eggs...Recipe Free!!!

Like dill pickled eggs but don't know how to make them? Here's a solution for you...

When your dill pickles are all finished...save the glass jar and brine! Poor the brine into a pot and warm it up while you hard boil enough eggs to fit into 2/3rds the original pickle jar (washed).
Peel the eggs and put them into an empty jar while still warm and poor the hot dill brine over the eggs until the jar is almost full. Then put the lid on the jar and let sit on the counter until room temperature. After it has cooled, put it into the fridge and let sit for a day or 3 and then enjoy!

First, you need to determine what kind of candy you want to make and relay that information with your question. It would help people answer your question. Making homemade peanut butter balls would be entirely different than making hard candy. May I suggest you open www.google.com and type in "how to make ------" (insert the type of candy) and hit enter. You will get a variety of ways to make the type of candy you are looking for.

Besides running the fan and putting a lid on it there is not much you can do. I would suggest grilling it outside. Here is a link to an awesome recipe... https://bluefarmfoods.blogspot.com/2018/11/bacon-stuffed-grilled-cabbage.html

If you have birds and feed them fruit clean up the old thrown away fruit immediately.
Do not let any fruit lay out...bananas, peaches, strawberrys, etc....ALL will draw the little monsters.
Don't have any open containers of orange juice, cokes, anything sweet or even water.
There are little cardboard fruit moth traps you can buy at the hardware that work quite well.
Camicide was WONDERFUL! BUT you can't find it anymore, anywhere!
Check google for organic solutions.
Will take a little time and work but you can get rid of the nasty little pests....good luck.

Yes you can or you can use Arrowroot and fruit juice simmered until thick. Let it cool and pour it just before it starts to set up. You can also use gelatine.

No you can't. This is usually caused by thermal shock, running cold water on a pan that you have just been frying in. Lagostina have various standards of pans, I am guessing yours is the standard aluminum sort? The better ones are stainless steel with a stainless steel copper sandwich ion the bottom. Of course these are not non-stick.

When was the last time you preformed any internal maintenance? All heavy duty cooking/food prep equipment requires mechanical maintenance just like a car or truck as those internal motors are pretty high amperage to be able to perform under heavy loads.
There's usually some kind of access panel or port where you'll add the food grade grease/lubricant for the internals. If you've never performed any kind of maintenance you may have to take it down to the gears and wipe away the old grease/metal shavings before applying the new grease.
Good luck!

Hard Boiled Eggs...Fire and Forget

If you have a electric kettle with an auto shutoff making hard boiled eggs will never be easier!

Fill the kettle 1/2 way with cold water and add 6 or less small-medium eggs and then turn on the kettle and just walk away! When you're finished whatever you had to do you can come back 1/2 hour later or more and your eggs will be finished, just like that!
