Chutney is very forgiving, so recipes are going to be approximate. But if you want to stick to it, you'll have to guess at the volume of the raisins, dates and carrots you're not using and add that to your 1/2 of liquid. Remember that all of those veggies have a certain amount of liquid themselves, which releases when they're cooked.

Step 1 Open the rice cooker by unclipping the locks which are on the edge of the lid. Remove the lid and pan insert.
Step 2 Place the rice and water into the pan.
Step 3 Replace the pan insert, ensuring that the ridged edges and handles are facing upwards.
Step 4 Close the lid and lock it into position by securing the lid clips.
Step 5 Place the rice cooker into a microwave and cook, on high power, for approximately seven minutes.
Step 6 Remove from the oven and allow the rice to stand for a further five minutes.
Step 7 Remove the lid and insert. Gently stir the rice and serve it immediately.

My wife says the the pressure would depend upon your elevation where you live. The pressure would be higher if you live at seal level, lower if you are above 5,000 feet. If it has meat, 90 minutes. If no meat, less. Good luck.

Cottage cheese is actually taken by many bodybuilders right before they go to bed because it contains casein protein, which is a type of protein that digests very slowly. Because it digests slowly, it makes us feel full for a longer period of time.

30 min.
May 20, 2011 - Place wings in the Napoleon® Tumble Basket, attached to the rotisserie according to the manufacturer's instructions. Place a drip pan beneath the basket on the grill to catch drippings and prevent flare-ups as wings cook. Roast wings in basket for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until fully cooked, golden brown, and crisp.

I would say "yes".
Things that don't freeze well, according to Deborah Taylor-Hough, author of Frozen Assets: Lite & Easy (Champion Press, 2001), are egg-, milk- or cream-based sauces, instant rice, raw salad ingredients, dishes with dried toppings (store the toppings separately), mayonnaise unless it's mixed in and used as part of a sauce, cottage cheese, hard-cooked eggs and fried foods, which will lose their crispness.

The key is how you store and freeze them...go to the attached link:

In the oven, 15 to 20 minutes at 350'F. Or read the instructions on the bag or box.

The best way is to use a probe thermometer and it is cooked when it reads 160'F

Oven is best about 10 min. at 350. or mirco for one min. but they get kind of mushy.

Hello, Kathy -

You may like this spoon roast recipe:
https://pattyandersonsblog.blogspot.com/2014/12/the-perfect-spoon-roast.html

Read the information here regarding oven temperature and roasting time for a spoon roast:
https://www.courant.com/hc-xpm-2010-12-23-hc-spoon-roast-basics-1223-20101223-story.html

The oven temperatures given in the recipe and in the roasting time and temperature information are Fahrenheit. If you need Celsius temperatures, you will find a temperature conversion database here:
https://www.metric-conversions.org/temperature/fahrenheit-to-celsius.htm

If you do not care for the recipe I found for you, you can find one you do like by using your favorite search engine (Google, Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, etc.) and the following search phrase, using quotation marks, as shown:

Glazes are usually applied part way through the cooking time. Some recipes say apply the glaze 30 to 45 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Check the wrapping it came in. There is usually cooking advise included.
