Make Model manual

As for accessories, that depends on what accessories were originally sold with the machine. Replacing them all could be costly but it depends on whether multiple items can be purchased together or if you have to buy each separately. As for presser feet, sometimes it is less expensive to purchase a presser foot adapter and then pick up a kit of snap-on presser feet.

FIRST > Make sure your bobbin case is threaded correctly...

NEXT
For normal straight sewing the top tension should be around 5, for zigzag or satin stitch you need to lower your upper thread tension a bit. Try it at 4, if it still pulls your bottom thread to the top try it at 3 etc...

the top seam is actually the bobbin thread. dots on the underside means that the top tension is too tight. you may have a piece of thread or something gummy caught between the upper tension disks.

We just had the same problem recently with our machine, it turned out that the bobbin was in backwards(rotating the wrong direction). Try flipping the bobbin around and see if it fixes the problem.

If your reverse button has been stuck at all in the past then it may have just been sitting close to reverse for awhile and fell into that setting. Maybe your machine needs a good maintenance cleaning.

The feed dogs might be lowered, or the stitch length might be set to zero, or the presser foot tension might be very light.by
Check the feed dog lever first. It is at the back near the free arm. If it is ok, test the feed dogs by setting the stitch length to maximum on straight stitch, then, with the presser foot raised and no material or top thread in the machine rotate the hand wheel towards you and watch the feed dogs. They should move up, then towards you then down then back in cycles. If they don't move, and the feed dogs are not lowered, something is broken https://www.manualslib.com/manual/939695/Euro-Pro-9130c.html?page=6#manual
