ooops.. that's bad. if BIOS flashing fails, then the only way to fix is to send it to the manufacturer.. however, if it is already out of warranty, i suggest you get another system since it will cost you almost the same... But im still hoping you can find another way to fix it...

Regards..

upon checking your motherboard, it has an AGP port for video. so you have to get an AGP video card compatible. New video cards are PCIX capable which will not fit AGP ports..

So you can get any AGP Video card and that should work.

Beeps are mainly caused by bad, dusty memory module or the port it is connected to. However, since you have tried changing it with a working one and i suppose you already clean it that's fine. One more hardware which causes beeps is the video card. If you have a video card installed, it may be moved when you change the memory module. I suggest you try to reseat the video card as well..

Hope that works

From the image I have on the site, on the front of the motherboard are the slots for the Hard Drive. On the cable for the connections, you will see a 'blank' spot, and that corresponds to the open pin on the back of the drive. You will see the exact same setup for the Motherboard slots. There is virtually no way to hook this up wrong. When you hook this up, be sure to unplug the unit from the wall or take the power from out of the back of the unit. Check for bent pins, and properly seated processor. Remove the processor and make sure there are no bent pins on it as well. You can GENTLY (and I say this in this manner, as if you break one, it's over,) straighten the pins out if they are bent. Try this and let me know how you make out.
The other slots you speak of are for extra cards, but as this one has built in video and audio as well as LAN ( large phone plug for internet ) you would only have to install one if you wish to upgrade.
Hope this is helpful
