no... it will put out 220volts, same as the wll socket voltage. you will need a 220v to 110v stepdown transformer to run the sub.

Just to state the obvious, I would hope that you have made sure that nothing is in the way of the remote photo RECIEVER window on the main unit, like a knick knack, book, or dust, and that the new remote has batterys installed? Otherwise I guess it will take a trip to the repair shop.

Hello Tony Ramsey, as you comment, you may have problems in the output of speakers or in the speaker connection cables or in the speakers themselves
I suggest you disconnect all the speakers, check the cables that are in good condition, without damage to the plastic or joints that could generate a short circuit
Go reconnecting cables and speakers one at a time, testing if the fault appears
There could be the possibility of internal component failure, in this case, look for a specialized technical service
I hope you can solve the problem
Greetings Franco Dosil

Here is the user manual https://www.intl.onkyo.com/downloads/manuals/pdf/ht-r393_manual_en.pdf
First thing to do is to disconnect everything from the received,, and take it to another AC outlet to plug it into, and try again.
The unit does not have an external fuse, and it is not recommended to open it.
