H5-01 means that the paper sensor in the fusing unit is defective and needs to be replaced. If you open the machine and clean the entire area around the fuser unit sometimes that will clear the error as well.

Let me know,if needed further assistance.

Hope i helped you.

Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!

H4-01 Heat roller low temp is correct.

You machine has a fuser unit that it uses to bond the toner to the paper, it does this with  a heater lamp heating a set of rollers that the paper passes threw after it has printed.

Your machine monitors this unit to regelate its temp, your machine is sensing via a thermister and thermal fuse the temp of the fuser unit is not hot enough to enable use, this would mean the heater lamp is blown, thermister is faulty or thermal fuse blown 95% chance it's the lamp,

What one normally does is replace fuser assembly with new this is not a user thing it requires a tec, but if your into it, it is the hi voltage hot bit near paper exit.

From Oki's site: Symptom: The toner counter did not clear after installing a new toner cartridge. Cause: The printer was not powered off when the new toner cartridge was installed, Therefore the counter did not cleared. Resolution: 1. Enter the PCU Diagnostic Mode, By turning off the printer and holding down the MENU and OK buttons on power up. (Release the buttons once you're in the PCU DIAG MODE) 2. Press the MENU button 14 times until the operator panel reads " Counter Display " 3. Press the MENU button and the BACK/C button at the same time, This will put the printer into the Feed Counter Clear Mode (Release the buttons once you're in the Feed Counter Clear Mode) 4. Press the up arrow 5 times until the operator reads " Toner Counter Clear " 5. Press the OK button, The operator panel will now display " Toner no " 6. Press the up arrow once and the operator panel will display " Toner yes". Now press the OK button and the green data light will flash to indicate that the clear process is complete 7. To exit the PCU Diagnostic Mode, By turn the printer off and then back on this will allow you to exit the PCU Diagnostic Mode Hope that helps. If it does not please let me know Ed

Ensure that the desired paper is set in a paper tray of the printer and select [Auto] in the paper selection of the printer driver. You may need to configure the margins in the sofware you are using. hope this will help you Daniel

That is a paper jam code. Reopen the cover, and clear all paper jams. Close the cover, and then I would reset the machine by turning it off and on if the code continues. http://www.german-parts.de/oki_manual/paperjam/stau_b400_series.pdf

Open the lid. Mounted under the lid you should see a horizontal bar which is actually the laser [LED]. Once your toner cart has emitted, enough loose toner has accumulated on the laser that it can no longer draw on the page correctly. Using something soft and barely dampened with water [use a soft cotton cloth, NO PAPER PRODUCTS, no dirty rags, etc] and wipe gently from L to R to remove the loose toner. Turn to a clean section of the cloth and do it once more. GENTLY! No pressure, do not scrub it, or you can damage the laser. Close the lid and print something. You should be back to good now.
