good brands like TagHeuer mostly give a warranty. So look when and where you have bought them and whether the warranty is still valid. In this case its easy, you go there, make a complaint and you will get them replaced or repaired.Presupposed that the damage was not caused by wrongful usage or impact.
If they are old and you don't remember where you have bought them, look for an optician who has TagHeuer glasses in his sales collection and ask whether they can be repaired. He also can give you an estimate of cost for the repair and then you can decide whether it is worth the expenses or you better buy new ones.

Scratch on my tag heuer sunglasses lens
there are a number of places that specialize in replacing scratched or broken sunglass lenses.
is probably the largest out there and known for good quality at a great price. However, there are others like fuse.com and your local optomentrist that may have the lenses.
Most offer the option of having the lenses sent out to you or you sending in the frames to get new lenses.
Have tried many of the "buffing out scenarios above" and my personal opinion is they don't work and only make matters worse. Getting new lenses can cost as little as 10% of the purchase price and complete resolves the issue for years.
Good luck Craig
