Can not open fix it utilities professsional
The cure for about any non-working software, including operating systems, is to uninstall it, and then re-install it. After you reinstall it, restart the computer, close all open programs, and then try to run it. If this fails, start the computer in safe-mode, and then run it. Also, some virus' disable pc-repair/anti-virus tools. Good Luck to You.... :)

Fix it 11 will not
it is stuck in the registry to remove it go under start, run, tupe in regedit and hit ok. Do a searf for either avanquest or fix it pu pessing ctrland the "f" key at teh same time. once you find it you should be able to diable it and then unistall it normally. If not try removing it's folder from under the program files folder on the C drive.

I received error 1904 when trying to install fix
Hello,
This error occurs when another program is using the fie that is being installed. I know that you said you don't have any other programs open, but many programs run in the background of your system processes or may be hidden in your system tray.
If you have any other virus scanners on your computer (including Windows Defender or Microsoft Security Essentials) be sure to disable them and close them.
Check your system tray (near where your clock is) and right-click on any anti-virus or background program and choose to exit/close it.
You can also do ctrl+alt+del and check to see if you see any running programs in the Applications or Processes menu (be careful in the processes menu unless you know what you are doing).
Please let me know if you still have trouble solving the issue.
Regards,
KYTechnology
