You seem to have bad solder joints.
If you are handy with a soldering iron you can take off the back cover and knock around the circuit(using something non conductive , i.e a wooden salad spoon) to locate the area of the problem.
Start by following the speakers wires to the connector(s) on the circuit board and the audio output i.c should be near by and mounted on a heathsink, thats the general area where you might find bad solders, you may have to do a bunch of them before you get to it as they are not allways apparent.
Hope this will help good luck

You`re probably getting a on air channel which means that you have to check your cable connectors and splitter if you got any, switch with other sets if you can.

There can be many issues related to the problem 1. the cables are not fixed correctly some times we dont pay attention and there is a problem. Try to increase the volume using the remote? Leave it on maximum.also try using the digital out instead. 2. also there could be a fault resistance,in your av receiver/or dreambox!please check, the conection cable, replace,it,and try other sources,to find out, what could makes the problem.
Please do check it ur self.. and let us know. Good Night and good luck.!!

Is it possible that the input to the TV is still good including cables and cable box or anything? If another TV works from the same input then it may be the TV settings like AV/video rather than TV channels. Check all this out. I hope it is something simple as that. Good Luck.

yes there should be a samll board that has the supply module on it it's the one with the direct link to the chord this board has a solid state module. if it doesn't on this model it should be the one on the main board that is directly linked to the small board.

chances are it fried the power supply module. you can get the part at a repair store mostimes the module just plugs in the main board, but it too could be a soldered connection........please rate this...

There are two types of reset to TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset; and the other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight; will be better. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Service mode entry, adjust and exit procedure to many popular brand TVs are given. Never forget to exit the service mode, after all adjustments have been done.
