The only way is to do a factory reset on the device. That will wipe out all data and you will lose it.

See if it works in another phone if so then something up with yours see if the contact points it connects to are all sticking up. If any are not up the same as others or slightly out of shape be really careful and slowly fix them be careful to not break them. Hopefully you haven't scratched the simple card contacts to much failing it take to shop. Hope you get it sorted

usb memory is external to the phone you will need a usb memory stick to add memory

could be a battery problem? or maybe the screen is gone?
if you have a warranty on it get it where you've bought it.
and they should either replace your smartphone, or fix the issue.

  • Try restarting the phone. If that does not work, you may have to reset the phone.
