Green corner of the tv screen
Do you and/or did you have a speaker or magnetic thing next to or on top of your TV? The electron beam inside the picture is steered magneticly so if it gets magnetized they land on the wrong color. The device to fix that is a 'Degaussing Coil', most TV repairmen have one. Another trick I used to do if I was on a call and didn't bring the thing was use a strong magnet near the offending color. Bring it slowly near the face of the picture and flip and turn it as neccesary to 'reverse the magnetism'. It may take some practice to get good at it. It's not permanent, worst case: get a degausing coil.
