Change the Flex cable that connects from main chassis to the front face plate. This is a common problem with Dual drop down face plates, since the flexible wires break and lose connection.

Get a adaptor kit from you're local radio place or radio shack, now a days they have plug and play kits for every model, try best buy also.

try disconnecting power to the radio for a while. Sometimes an IC will lock up and needs to be reset. the best way to do this is either uplug the wire harness from the back of the radio or disconnect the battery.

Not sure from description if you've got it wired right, and I am assuming you have most of it working but can't get the time to stay in memory. Are you sure you have the memory power wire going to a constant power source? 1 power wire ( power with key on or in accessories mode) will run player and the other which needs constant power would be for memory and time. Almost sounds like that is missing. Some units will not run at all without both, where others will work, but not store anything such as time, and needs to be reset every time it's turned back on, if that memory wire isn't hooked up.

you will need to contact the manufacturer. However i believe that items or parts for those are not sold seperatly to the public. Your best option is to buy a name brand radio as in sony or pioneer.

Your clock adjustment is probably located at enter/function mode. Was looking at the layout of the deck and there isn't aux port in the front so my guess is that it is located on the rear of the deck. Make sure you have the iplug connector.

OK, the only reason that anything "Blows", or "Trips" a breaker or fuse, it is always an Overload, or a Short Circuit to Earth. This is always fatal, to the unit. There is a major fault with this unit.. Please get this unit looked at by a reputable auto electrician, or service center, ask for a "Quote" 12 Volt systems because they draw large amounts of current, whenever they fault, they usually destroy components inside.
