After looking at the manufacturer's website I can see that the printer is only supported through XP. Do not despair however! You can still run the printer through a virtual machine using Windows XP Mode. A great tutorial is put out by Microsoft that explains how to use this feature in Windows 7. You can find it here:

I don't think you will find this information widely available. Suggest you try signing up for OlympusConnect.com web portal, you will then be able to access product manuals and access technical assistance:

there should be a setting on the printer software for paper.

Open the picture you want to print in your favorite image editing or picture organizing software and click the printer icon in it's toolbar or go to File->Print. If your printer is properly setup the picture should print.

have you checked the flow of the ink...

there may be some particles or dust blocking the way of the ink flow

You can download the drivers from the Samsung Official Support site. Here is the link for Samsung SCX-4521F. Click Drivers, select Operating System and get the drivers

Obviously, unplug the USB cable from both ends, then replug it.
Turn the printer off with the power switch, wait 30 seconds then turn on. Make sure the printer light / front panel is normal and not showing red or any errors
If that doesn't work, then you probably need to delete and reinstall the printer driver
