My sound is not working
The first thing to try to solve this issue is to go to the settings, control panel, system, hardware, device manager.
Find you sound device and uninstall it. Then select action, scan for hardware changes. Windows will find your sound card and install the necessary drivers.
Let me know if this works, if not we will move onto the next level of troubleshooting.

I couldn't enter the JVC Mini Note XP-7230 bios . can you help me
On start-up press F2. You don't have time to do that because that option comes and goes very quickly. Power it up and just keep pressing F2 until it gives you the option to press F8. There is where you can get to the bios. If your log-in is that equivalent of the administrator, go to passwords and clear them. You may be locked out because of your user account not allowing access.

JVC Mobile Mini Note PC MP-XP7210 PC looking for drivers
Apparently, JVC does not want people re-installing Windows on their laptops unless its via the recovery partition. I was not able to find the drivers on their download site:
http://www.jvc.com/custrel/index.jsp
And no one got back to me after submitting your question here:
http://www.jvc.com/support/support.jsp?pageID=5
Since the drivers must be installed already, and are probably done after the initial Windows install, try to locate a folder on the C: Drive that has all the specific JVC drivers. Other vendors such as Dell, HP and IBM do this. It would be in something like c:\Drivers or C:\JVC.
I would not erase the recovery partition until you have the drivers. But once you have the drivers, you can use this utility to delete and resize partitions:
http://gparted.sourceforge.net/
Download the .iso file and use a CD burner program to make a bootable CD. Then boot you laptop with this CD. The GParted utility is a graphical program and is very intuitive to use. Plus, it doubles and triples checks with you before it does anything permanent, and allows you to undo changes before it becomes permanent.
