You should be able to go to Settings, then locate Apps, then Kindle in the list of Apps, Then Uninstall Kindle.

If you don't mind losing all you have saved on it you can try a factory restore- It will delete everything!

Put your. Finger on the item to delete, should change icon to either flahing or have an ex(x) in the corner, press on the x to delete, if colour change the word uninstall will be displayed in top right corner of screen

May have a virus,try using an antivirus programme to resolve or if necessary do a factory reset back to basic settings.
