Hi bro check the oil level of your fryer and the quality of your oil. The common reason of the hi limit tripped is the oil level is lower than the standard level and the other one is oil dirty need to filter or change oil because they not sense the rigtht actual temp of the oil. If all is ok drain ur oil and check if the sensing valve is broken. Thanks

What is happening is that when it goes into the blend state the front of the lid gets pulled down and lifts the back off the connection. I took a long nylon zip tie and tighten it around the top portion of the handle above the connectors and then cut the excess off of the zip tie end. It holds the top tight to the connectors while cooking and blending and even better, doesn’t allow steam into the area while cooking so no water forms around the connectors. Once the cooking is complete you slide the zip tie down to the thinner part of the handle and it hangs there until next time you cook soup and you just slide it back up into place. Make sure you don’t squeeze it tighter while it is loose in the handle or you’ll need to use a new zip tie. Should last forever.

Manufacturer should have included a clip of hold lid tight instead of just relying on gravity.

A quick Google search says that you may be able to cook a frozen meal in your air fryer. I suspect the make and model of your specific unit would be a factor as well as what meal. Here is a link to a video (I did not watch it) How to Cook Frozen Food in the Air Fryer - YouTube
