Connect camcorder to pc
First, be sure you have all the drivers installed. These are usually provided in the packaging via cd. If not you can download them from the manufacturer website. Be sure your camera is compatible with the operating system you are using. If both of these answers are yes then try deleting and reinstalling the drivers. Do NOT plug in the camera until the drivers are installed and the camera is rebooted.

Please check if you have connected the comcorder in a proper way , please follow the below instructions :-
The Hitachi has RCA output jacks for video and audio so make sure that you connect the audio output and video out put jacks to the audio in and video in of your television set.
Once you do this , you will be able to hear the sounds.
Next as far as the speed of play is concerned, you need to check the settings in the camcorder whether they have been set to play fast video however in your case it seems that due to improper connection this error might have occurred so once you connect the device properly , this problem should be solved.

The below are the types of cards that your Hitachi Device works with :-
It's an all in one USB 2.0 Memory card reader , compatible with almost all types of usually used memory cards
Your data would be read just like a floppy drive or another removable media , just plug in this card reader in your PC's USB slot and then you can use all the slots for memory card separately.
- SD card,
- CF Card,
- Sony Memory Stick.
It will also have a separate drive letter for each slot for memory card that you see.
