there is a problem with the touch sensitivety to the screen if it keeps happening contact tech support and tell them if they can not fix the problem they will more than likely give you a new tablet in return for the old one after you recieve the new one only if the tablet is still under the usual one year warranty.

While still holding the Volume Up button, press and hold the Power key for 3 seconds then release it. Continue holding the Volume Up button. Once the tablet screen turns on, stop holding the buttons. From the menu choose "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" by using Volume buttons to scroll and Power button to select options.

If you don't mind losing all you have saved on it you can try a factory restore- It will delete everything!
